Modify high-level investor data – investor linked to several companies

High-level investor data is shared across the platform meaning that change requests for existing investors
affect everyone linked to that specific investor. Data changes for investors linked to several companies
therefore will have to be pre-cleared by the data team. Instead of providing updated information, you might
also only point out that you think the information is not up to date, and we will investigate it. Normally the
process will be initiated from an investor profile (see Search and view investor for details how to pull investor profiles).

Updating investor data initiates the creation of a ticket. You will receive email notifications regarding updates to your ticket or if there are any questions about your request. For more information, please visit the Service Center section.
