Automating Invite requests
You can automatically send confirmations for investor requests, it is set during event creation. Here are a few options for how you can manage these requests:

Manually send confirmation (for one-slot events) or invite (for multi-slot events)

Automatically send confirmation/invite to validated by schedulR requests only for investors linked to your company

Auto-send confirmation/invite for all validated by schedulR requests

All users who have the notification email box checked (which can be changed in your user profile or the company profile) will be informed via email when a new investor request comes in. Clicking the link in the email will open the investor request page.

There are some cases when confirmations or invites will not be sent automatically:
- When the event has no available slots.
- If the investor profile is not active or the investor has unsubscribed from receiving emails.
In all these cases, users from your company who have the notification email box checked will be informed via email.
